Living Word provides a sermon outline generation service designed for pastors, preachers, and ministry leaders. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create structured sermon outlines based on themes provided by users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
Our right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or access the Service's source code
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service to generate content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
Overload or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated through the Service is provided to you for your personal ministry use. You retain ownership of the sermon outlines you create. Living Word retains all rights to the Service itself, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology.

7. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide biblically sound and accurate content, the sermon outlines generated by the Service are suggestions and should be reviewed and verified by you before use. Living Word is not responsible for theological accuracy or interpretation of the generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Living Word and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past twelve months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
